By accessing and using the VantaScripts store at https://vantascripts.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Products and Services

VantaScripts provides digital FiveM scripts and resources compatible with QBCore, ESX, and QBox frameworks. All products are delivered digitally and are automatically applied to your designated CFX.re account upon purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. Product updates are provided free of charge to existing purchasers.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Tebex, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's terms of service.

Prices are listed in USD and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience. The final charge is based on the currency and exchange rate at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made if there is a verified issue caused by our resource that we are unable to resolve. Refund requests should be submitted through our Discord support channel.

5. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased script on your FiveM server(s). You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share purchased scripts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the escrow-protected code
  • Use our scripts for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Claim ownership or authorship of our scripts

6. Support

Support is provided through our Discord community. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly, but response times may vary. Support covers installation assistance, bug reports, and general usage questions.

7. Limitation of Liability

VantaScripts shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues with third-party resources.
